The 'Health 'Yoga' Times Parent-child Anti-drug Day' event will be held at Tsuen Wan Park on Sunday, 24 May. Popular yoga instructors will teach parents and children yoga and how to live a healthy life.

Led by popular instructor Sandy To, parents and children can relax and enjoy their time together! Spaces are limited, so sign up soon if you want to join.

*Participants of the parent‑child yoga workshop must be aged 3 or above and not over 70 years old. The activity is not suitable for pregnant women. This activity requires a certain level of physical fitness from participants.
